Alpha Protocol to be title for Sega espionage game
Sega and Obsidian have announced Alpha protocol as the title of their new espionage game which has strong ties to the RPG genre. Alpha Protocol is set in a modern world featuring a James Bond type main character called Michael Thorton.
According to Sega, the decisions you make over the course of the game will change what type of secret agent you turn into. So with any luck it will also determine which lovelies you can woo, and who you get to slaughter.
The guys from Bloodlines: Planescape; Torment and Vampire the Masquerade are behind this one, so should be quite interesting when it finally get released. And Obsidian seems to think so as well, they said: “Alpha Protocolblends Obsidian’s knack for intricate stories, engrossing characters, and significant character advancement with fast-paced modern combat.”
