Earlier in the week there was a page on the online rental service for a Wacky Races game on the Wii and DS, well it was absolutely correct because Eidos have confirmed Wacky Races: Crash & Dash today and has release the first media information as well.Unfortunately the trailer video of Wacky Races: Crash & Dash doesn’t show any traditional “behind the wheel” game play, whoever it is known that there are twenty-four racing tracks and four multiplayer racers.
As the gamer races along they need to collect “Wacky Widgets” which gain them “Wacky Powers” to which end we presume will give the gamer to thwack opponents with a huge mallet, or drop huge anvils on them!!You will find all the old Wacky Races favourite characters in the game, the infamous Dick Dastardly and snickering sidekick Muttley, pouting Penelope Pitstop, The Ant Hill Mob with their Bullet Proof Bomb, and Peter Perfect and his Turbo Terrific.
Edios is planning a June release for Wacky Races: Crash & Dash, although I would have thought they would have got this out a couple of months before Mario Kart Wii rather than leaving it until two months after.Screens next, video trailer below.
