Electronic Arts has announced that the epic Xbox 360 game Mass Effect will be released in PC format; though Mass Effect has been expected to hit the PC, EA have only now confirmed the BioWare developed game will be released in PC format in May.Commander Shepard, Mass Effect’s player controlled character set in the year 2183 will have the controls optimised for keyboard use on the PC, and Electronic Arts has promised the lock encryption mini-games will be completely overhauled.
Frank Gibeau of EA Games had this to say: “EA has struck an agreement with Microsoft to handle future publishing for Mass Effect. We are looking forward to releasing Mass Effect on the PC this spring and brand new titles in the future.”
