Nintendo numero uno plumber, Mario plumbs award at IAA
Yep that crafty ole Italian plumber Mario happened to catch the eye of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences during the Interactive Achievement Awards this year, good old Mario scooped an award for Adventure Game of the Year. You’d probably agree that if there is a single game that could be classified as adventure during 07 it would definitely be Super Mario Galaxy; a well deserved achievement.
And Mario was all that Nintendo received an award for The legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, which received Handheld Game of the Year; so all in all Nintendo did quite well don’t you think!
