Someone’s in for a nasty surprise from Nintendo, well to be precise, ten someone’s actually. Nintendo have files a lawsuit against ten nameless people for misappropriation of trade secrets, in Washington State. Nintendo’s suit claims that these ten covert types obtained confidential and proprietary trade secrets and announced them to the public arena.
Nintendo can now subpoena the said ten which will compel the legally to step forward and receive statements from other parties involved. Nintendo haven’t yet let to be known what information or trade secrets they are worried about, and as far as we know there hasn’t been any untoward top level info roaming the cyber waves.
