PS3 doing well, outsells Xbox 360 in Jan and matches Wii
The PS3 is doing more than well in the sales stakes actually, January saw the trouncing of the Xbox 360 while almost but not quite sell as well at its other big rival the Nintendo Wii, and then only by 5,000 units over then month.So, want to know those all important figures?
1 – Wii: 274,000 units
2 – PS3: 269,000 units
3 – PS2: 264,000 units
4 – DS Lite: 251,000 units
5 – Xbox 360: 230,000 units
6 – PSP: 230,000 units
Well those sales aren’t bad considering they are only for one month, and the console war isn’t over yet, and if it continues like January then Sony are going to be happy little developers.
